Abstract:

Interior design in China plays an important role in the economic status of the various industries and economic activities have an impact, such as construction, retail, hotels, catering, office space, construction, and so on. Interior design is an important part of the construction industry. Interior design specifications are still mainly building-related specifications, but there are similarities in the workflow; this paper focuses on the process framework of the interior design project delivery process. This research paper uses qualitative research methods systematically from the literature, interior industry managers, experts, and other interviews and confirms the argument. The clarity of the framework will enable the delivery of the project to run smoothly and reduce unnecessary project management problems and management loopholes.
