Abstract:
Nowadays, Brushless DC motors have become increasingly popular because of their benefits and have been appliedwidely for electric vehicles. This paper proposes an optimal set of parameters of PID controller for speed control of a brushless DC motor (BLDC). The proposed controller improves system responses as well as reduces the steady state error and overshoot.
