Abstract:

This study is aimed at understanding the pricing strategy and how pricing is done for Fruits & Vegetables at organised retailers of F&V. It is also aimed at knowing the customer perception of the value offered by organised retailers of F&V. The study on perceived value offered by organised retailers of F&V is conducted at six stores of organised retailers of F&V in Chennai and responses of 200 customers are taken through questionnaires. The questionnaire consists of closed ended questions. The primary data obtained is analyzed to find out as many associations as possible between the various variables of sales promotion and demographic attributes. Chi-Square test is used to find out possible associations between variables.
