Abstract:
Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the development of fiscal discipline has experienced three stages from 1949 to 1960s, from 1970s to the turn of the millennium and from the millennium till now. Based on the review for the basic conditions and achievements of fiscal discipline in China, this paper also elaborates the problems existed in the development and construction of fiscal discipline in China, and then makes prospects for the development of fiscal discipline.
