Abstract:

This study examined the empirical link between employee involvement and organizational productivity. The methodology is quantitative, and the research design is a cross-sectional survey. The population of the study was made up of 215 staff.  A sample of 140 was determined using the Krejcie & Morgan sample size determination table and was surveyed using the questionnaire instrument.  The research hypotheses were tested using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient with the aid of the SPSS. The data showed a positive and significant relationship between the constructs examined.  It is obvious from the findings that employee involvement is clearly a strategic direction that invokes a competitive advantage for organizations.  The study recommended that the involvement of employees should be strengthened for them to see and feel the problems of the organization as theirs.
