Abstract:
Human capital has played an extremely important role in the process of promoting economic development and has been extensively and deeply studied by scholars all over the world for a long time. These studies have provided effective upgrade paths for the economic development planning of many countries, especially for developing countries. This article conducts a systematic review of the existing literature to provide a reference for future research of this kind, and to provide some basis for China and other countries to improve the level of human capital and formulate economic development policies.
