Abstract:

This research wants to know and analyze whether work motivation can affect performance through work discipline in the teaching staff of Brain Academy by Ruangguru. The variables used include work motivation, work discipline, and performance. The research uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique and uses AMOS tools. The results of this study include: work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, work motivation has a significant positive effect on work discipline, work discipline has a significant positive effect on performance, and work motivation has an indirect effect on teaching staff performance through the mediation of teaching staff work discipline.
